Day 1: Arrival Day, Delhi to Haridwar (245 Km/ 8 Hours)

On the First Day of your Kedarnath Package from Delhi, Our Representative will meet you & Pick you up from Delhi (Bus Stand/ Railway Station/Airport) and depart to Haridwar. Check-in Hotel Where you can rest and attend Evening Ganga Aarti & Local Sightseeing. (Dinner at Hotel).

Day 2: Drive from Haridwar to Guptkashi (125 Km/ 6 to 7 Hours)

Having Breakfast, We will leave for Guptkashi via Devprayag, Rudraprayag. Check-in at the Hotel. If time allows, consider visiting the revered Lord Shri Vishwanath Temple. Afterwards, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Guptkashi. (Dinner at Hotel)

Day 3: Drive to Sonprayag & Trek to Kedarnath (47 Km/ 5 to 6 Hours)

Wake up early in the morning, and after breakfast, drive to Sonprayag. Trek from Sonprayag to Kedarnath via Gaurkund. It will be a beautiful and tiring trek, taking around 5 to 6 hours. Capture the breathtaking views of the Himalayas and surrounding landscapes while trekking, and witness the beauty of nature. Reach Kedarnath and check in to the accommodation. Be a part of the Aarti of Kedarnath temple on Shyam and visit its surroundings (Dinner & Overnight stay in Kedarnath).

Day 4: Visit Bhairavnath Temple & Downtrek to Sonprayag (47 Km/ 4 – 5 Hours)

After the morning meal, start your day by visiting the Bhairavnath Temple in Kedarnath. After all the temple visits, start descending from Kedarnath back towards Sonprayag. On reaching Sonprayag, take a taxi to Guptkashi and check in to your hotel again. Overnight Stay & Dinner at hotel.

Day 5: Back to Rishikesh and indulge in adventure activities (125 Km/ 6 to 7 Hours)

Post breakfast, check out from your accommodation in Sonprayag and depart for Haridwar. En route, bathe at significant spiritual Prayag like Rudraprayag and Devprayag and drive towards Rishikesh. On reaching Rishikesh, check in to your hotel. After relaxation, indulge in adventure activities in Rishikesh, including Rafting, bungee jumping and ziplining. Get the privilege of performing Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan or Triveni Ghat in the evening. Reflect on your spiritual and adventurous experiences. Overnight stay and dinner at Rishikesh.

Day 6: Homecoming Day – Drive to Rishikesh to Delhi

After breakfast, check out at your hotel in Rishikesh. We will go to Delhi and drop you at your desired location in Delhi (Railway Station/ Bus Stand/Airport), where your journey will end. We hope you join us again on our Delhi to Kedarnath tour packages!

Booking Terms:

To book a journey you need to pay 30% of the booking amount. Once this payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation shortly. The remaining amount must be paid on the day of arrival to the tour/activity/stay.

Cancellation Terms:

Any cancellation on or before 30 days before the scheduled journey will not be deducted from the booking amount.
For cancellations made 30 to 15 days before the scheduled journey, a cancellation charge of 50% of the booking amount will be deducted.
Cancellations made within 7 days or less of the scheduled journey will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the booking amount.
In case of a ‘No Show’ (immediate failure without prior cancellation), no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Refund Terms: If your booking is cancelled, any applicable refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. Refunds will be subject to the full cancellation terms and conditions.

Verification Policy:

On successful booking, customers will receive a confirmation message via email/WhatsApp message within 24 hours.
If the preferred time slots are not available, an alternative schedule will be arranged as per the customer’s preference, and a fresh confirmation voucher will be sent via email/WhatsApp.
Customers may cancel their booking before confirmation, and a full refund will be processed.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations made 3 days before the date of travel will incur a cancellation fee of 0% of the total tour cost.
Cancellations made 1 to 3 days before the date of travel will incur a cancellation fee of 40% of the total travel cost.
Cancellation between 0 hours to 1 day before the date of travel will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the total travel cost.
